I bought this as a gift for my photographer father. He loved it! It did not look cheap at all. It came in an imitation nikon camera lens box and a nikon draw string baggy that added to the realism. The name on the cup does say nican not nikon, but I don't think that mattered to my dad.

I bought this for our photographer for my department Secret Santa gift exchange.

I couldn't think of anything better for our photographer as a gift. Turns out, it is EXACTLY the same model as his actual Nikon lens.

It was definitely the most talked about gift of the day. VERY life like, when they are next to each other, the only difference is the height difference. The cup is slightly taller because if the cap.

The ONLY change I would suggest is the cap. I would have liked to remove the top of this cup the same way you remove an actual lens cap but this cup is a screw on top.

This cup was a fantastic Christmas gift for my photographer daughter. She loved it and it is a very sturdy product. I recommend not using a scrub brush on the outside (at least not the top cover) as the gold letter paint scratched up a little. My mistake totally, I should have been more careful when washing as it didn't need a scrub brush at all, I was doing other dishes at the same time that needed scrubbing and forgot. I would recommend this product to anyone interested in photography wholeheartedly. Very pleased.
